    Having just checked this song on Wikipedia, apparently the science is fairly accurate (particularly considering the song was written in 1981). Eric updated the lyrics for "Not the Messiah", but it seems that most of the numbers only required a very small adjustment.

    Finally, while our understanding of the science may change, I think we're stuck with the final line - it will probably describe the human condition for the foreseeable future.

    Yes however the show in itself is a comedy so theres really no need to complain in that much depth about a song being scientifically inaccurate. If you wanted to watch real, up to date, true science I seriously doubt you'd be watching this.
