Vons, Sav-on (CVS) parking lot near Montrose California

I think this is actually in Glendale, since I lived about half a block away and had a Glendale address. (Zip code 91208.) (CORRECTION: Apparently across the street the zip code was 91020, which is Montrose.) This is up the hill (heading east) from the Montrose Shopping Mall.

The road you see (with cars passing by) is Verdugo Blvd, heading up towards Verdugo Hospital (and also a freeway onramp to the 2 freeway). The side-street (sign seen in distance) is Valihi Way. Filmed in late 2006

Wow, you folks are dumb! Montrose is in Glendale. Indian wells is on the line between La Canada and Glendale. Mostly it was in La Canada. They sweet-talked the public into accepting the crappy wishing well at the entrance as a memento to the native past. The homes on the hill in the background is another encroachment that should have been disallowed.

Despite what others are saying... if they checked a map, they would see you are right, and that Glendale does extend well North, and does include the Montrose area... Glendale is a city, Montrose is a town inside of it...

The post office considers both LaCrescenta and Glendale to be the same (at least if you type in 91214, a LaCrescenta zip code, you'll also see that Glendale is an acceptable city name as well).

As for Montrose, I don't think it's a city (where is the Montrose City Hall? Who is the mayor?) but the PO considers 91020 zip code to be Montrose. Bizarre, because like I said, I lived half a block away (on Valihi) and I was in Glendale.

It says in the video note that I lived about a block away (zip code 91208). If you look that zip code up on the USPS, zip code 91208 is GLENDALE. However, across the street is apparently MONTROSE (zip code 91020). So I was guessing, but was only off by half a block! LOL.

I was just kinda wondering why you made this video and put it on YouTube? I live in Montrose and I shop here all the time. I saw a story on TMZ one night of Mylie Cyrus walking out of Rocky Cola Cafe and they said it was located in Glendale, and the video clearly showed the one on Honolulu which I consider Montrose. Iagree with jerrold1983 that Montrose is a town within the city of Glendale just as Valencia, Canyon Country, and Newhall are all within the city of Santa Clarita. Good times.

Yeah, this is Montrose, the UA theatre is right above this, this alos La Canada, because if you go up the street with rocky cola on the corner it wil lead you towards the direction to la canada near jiffy lube and ross, and etc. etc... Billy's Board Shop is in this parking lot.
