They Are SEXY, BOUNCY, CURVY, and FUN!

What is sexy, bouncy, curvy, fun, and long lasting? These curls of course! :) If you want beautiful, bouncy, well-defined curls that will stay in your hair for days, I'll show you how to get that using perm rods. The best part about it is that you don't need to perm your hair nor do you have to use a flat iron or curling iron to create these curls; therefore, you won't be damaging your hair! Although sitting under the dryer is far less damaging to the hair than applying direct heat on your hair (such as using a curling iron), it's nice to know you can skip the heat all together and still get these types of curls. Simply put the perm rods in your hair and air dry; it takes much longer to dry but it's better for your hair :)

Plus, the curls stay in there 'til you wash your hair. You can do this on any hair type, and you can get any size curl or wave with perm rods. The curls will look much better when you separate them and loosen them. Check out this video to see how you can get these nice curls:

@principessa1984 I'm not sure the exact number, but I would say at least 40 rods because I have a lot of hair (not as much anymore since it started falling out like crazy after the Brazillian Keratin treatment). Please let me know how it goes, and have fun! :)

Thanks for this video!! I have a question though. My hair is very thick and between mid back and waist, but I want the nice, tight curls you're wearing. If I use the big perm rods will I just get a loose wave/curl? Or, given my hair length/thickness, will it still come out tight (in spite of the large perm rollers)? I really appreciate this vid b/c I have a relaxer that I'm trying to grow out (I miss my curls too!). It's great to see Brazilian/relaxed hair curls up well with this method!

@principessa1984 Hi, you're very welcome. I usually use a mixture of small, medium and large perm rods (depending on the length of the hair). and even when I use the large ones, they're never too loose; it just a bigger curl. Of course, the smaller the rod, the tighter the curl and the shorter your hair will look. Since u have very long and thick hair, the big rods should work well. I would love it if you could do a video response to show us the results you got with your hair type and length. :)

Oh My Gosh finally a somali hair channel THANK YOOU! i can't tell how confusing it is to find/do things for my hair. it curly buy also very wavy when i come out the shower, it tangles and get dry fast so i can end up looking like i when through electric shock! T_T so your advice is much appricated. also how did your brazilian go b/c i was thinking about it some are expensive but look loke they work well how was it for you. and also what type of deep conditioner do you use. <3
