Journey Through Hell Part 1

When we talk about Mumbai, we always tend to forget and ignore the people who make Mumbai work.
These people are the suburban residents who travel to Mumbai daily in the crowded trains, be it for work or study.
Life is not easy for them. Daily power cuts, long journeys, lack of luxuries, the list goes on.
This short film highlights the problems faced by Makarand, a resident of Ambarnath, in District Thane who faces all these problems which actually reflects the stories of millions of people residing there. He decides to work hard to be successful in spite of all the odds. But alas, the hell doesn't let his journey to end.

Great Efforts....Even though we work with same set of people living in proper Mumbai,we have to live like slum-dwellers in Kalyan. I live in NYC and was in Kalyan for family visit during Ganapati this year. The situation is so pathetic,no roads,no electricity,no water and still we are paying taxes at par with any one else living in Mumbai.
