  • Personally, I would buy a used lincoln ac225 stick welder, for the same price. It is way more powerful, and can do way more. Also it will last a life time. (that is what I did)

  • @tbndeereman75 that welder can't do anything if you don't have a 220 plug handy. Everyone should look at the longevity 140 110/220 dc inverter. Its my new favorote and is the best of both worlds.

  • @madmikerex Not if you don't care what people have to say and don't want to be bothered by comments on crappy videos.

  • Why did u buy the dewalt? buy no name at hf for 15

  • @4inches4u I like the flap switch instead of the side switch. If they had that I would use HF all day.

  • could even be thinner than 14 guage. its a garden tractor trailer.

  • hey man cool info. i actually went out and bought one of these little guys. works pretty good too. i tried to patch up some 14 guage sheet metal and even on low puts holes in it. i may have had the wrong size/type rod. what size and number rod whould you reccomend for thin metal like that? thanks

  • hey Freddy - I need to add a rear brake tab to an existing minibike frame and not done any welding - which welder would you recommend between this and the 90 amp Harbor Freight wire-feed unit? Best, (another Freddy)

  • Nice skill you got there. And btw will that be a stature of Lenin?

  • Think you could use it for auto body work?

  • You suck at welding. Not really, just feeling silly, lol. Nice welder :)

  • Good video , I worked as a master tech for many years & know the importance of high quality tools in both performance & longterm use but I have several sets & items of cheap tools even HF that seemed have been used at home & for beaters & those jobs when you just have to cut , bend or modify & you just don't want to use a Snap on or Mac in that way . Many do very well .
