my man... very nice... but from one pianist to another, really soften the tone on this track, ease into the keys and let the melody breathe... less is more... try to use less sustain and try it out of tempo, play the melody slowy with grace, not octaves... then let the left hand play a gentle rising broken chord to compliment it....

just as idea my man....

Though Randy Crawford did the definitive vocal of this song [IMHO], you should reference the writer, Bernard Ighner instead of her since this is about the music and not the vocal.
