@LombanaClaudio, LOL you're absolutely right about Perlman. One thing that's great about Youtube is that we can see performances like this, by slightly lesser-known artists, which are far more interesting than Perlman or any of the "big boys". Silvia has always been in my top 10 violinist performers. Her playing is super-disciplined and she doesn't turn it into a show. Her tone is the defining feature of her playing, always very robust. I just wish she'd recorded more when she was younger.

Brilliant

The Romanian-French violin virtuose Silvia Marcovici made one of the best performs of this Edouard Lalo's masterpiece I'd already seen or heard ! Bravissimo !

My friend... It is NOT a "song". It is a concerto but then again..., I am happy to know that you watch these kind of concertos.
Try Carlos Kleiber 7 symphony... You will love the way he conducts his HIGH LEVEL orchestra. Just TRY IT!

This "VIRTUOSO" violin MASTER is simply... AMAZING...!!!
And, she does not make the faces of this "pearlman" (who wants to make faces, cry and does salivate like a jerk while he plays his "fiddle"!).
Good for Silvia! She REALLY flies HIGH WITH ME!
Pearlman needs to learn HOW TO DANCE!
Her tone is so beautiful, one of the best I've ever heard.
