Here are some secret locations of where you can find the mysterious man on Metal Gear Solid 4. This is an easter egg. Some people call him a ghost.

When I first saw him I was completely freaked out. I had known about him but had never seen him till I climbed up a ladder and notice some guy in a clock quickly pop in and out round a corner. I knocked the resistance member out and through him off the edge so I could get a closer look and record.

Then I seem to see more of him as I turned to look back. It was freaky.

You have to follow the resistance member and look back first before you see him though. You can't just go where I go and see him.

This is how the Scarabs found the hideout. If you try to shoot him, he will duck away around the corner and disappear. The guy was storking you storking the resistance member.
