Obama is just out of touch with reality. How about we divide the country. We'll let all the Liberals, with all their Artist, Actors, Homeless etc.etc.etc. have one half, and We can have the other half, with those "Evil" Corporations, jobs, guns and freedom. And our beloved Constitution.

my obama worshiping mother loves to sleep with the tv on cnn all night and all day too. the tv stays on 24-7 on cnn. she thinks the republicans increased her electric bill. she won't watch this.

You don't understand that 10 percent of Americans are jobless and can barely afford for power now. How do you think this energy cap plan will effect these people? Think this through a little bit and you may see how Obama's plan will ruin the economy in the long run.

The govt will fail miserably at its attempt to cap carbon and the citizens will suffer the consequences of the failure. Those consequences are high energy prices and bigger govt to try and overcome the failures of govt.
