Pretty self explanatory. very Louis influenced as well as claudia and minor lestat(i know, shocking) Dedicated to my friend lacy-who i wasnt very nice to this weekend..so..heres to you.

@Golden3000997 he would have been. i never could quite buy tom cruise as lestat. when ann rice wrote the novel, she had rutger hauer in mind. but i'm weird, 'tales of the body thief' was my favorite novel of the series.

The producers, or whatever, should have taken Anne Rice's advice and cast Sting as Lastat. Come on...Sting made a great Frankenstein (or is that Fron-ken-steen?) :)

As a native of New Orleans I've always felt a very personal resonance to this beautiful song.
Tourists and non-New Orleanians think of Bourbon Street as the 8 - 10 block stretch of flashy neon and gaudy bars... but Bourbon Street stretches much farther - out of the French Quarter and into the Faubourg Marigny. It is a magnificent, hauntingly gorgeous residential street... replete and worthy of the romance of this song.
