because if you understood this, you would understand that it's not like we are just gonna let these guys run free.

crap what are you talking about. criminals are running free because of laws that protect them. it's not that there's not enough manpower to get them they just get a lawyer and get off the hook. 9-10 there's some loophole in the law that sets criminals that are quilty of hard crimes free. look at oj just to name a few - practically caught in the act. he's guilty as sin but gets to roam free. that's 1 of millions of hard criminals that roam free everyday because of protective laws for crims.
