WASHINGTON, D.C. (October 13, 2009) — Doctors at Fairfax Inova and Johns Hopkins have diagnosed 26-year-old Desiree Jennings of Ashburn, Virginia with a rare neurological disorder called dystonia after she suffered a rare side effect to the seasonal flu shot. She received the flu shot at a local grocery store on August 23, 2009. Ten days later, she came down with the flu. After that, her health spiraled downward. She started passing out and was hospitalized twice. Desiree now has difficulty speaking, walking, and even eating. During an interview with FOX 5 DC, she had several seizures. The effects are irreversible.

this wasnt a reaction. Intentonal contamination of vaccines has been reported. out of 1000 vaccines. over 100 are purposely made to have this effect. Im no conspiracy theroist but im just saying look in to it. Swine flu ring any bells?? and how the vaccines were hurting more than they helped?

"Europe, U.S. ban Australia-made flu vaccine for kids" Aug.18, 2010
"The US Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices did not want children aged nine and below to get the Afluria shot, the U.S. version of CSL's Fluvax, as the vaccine cause fibrile convulsions...
CSL's Fluvax is the only vaccine in the world that combines seasonal and swine flu strains.
It is approved by the World Health Organization."

The US website, VAERS, has published statistics of adverse reactions on ONLY ONE of the swine flu vaccines:
Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine
The most recent, May 7, 2010
11,029 reports
833 classified as "Serious Health Events" -defined as, "life-threatening or death, major disability, abnormal conditions at birth, hospitalization, or extension of existing hospitalization"
56 US deaths, all "under investigation"
VAERS is required to report on ALL flu vaccines, yet only report this one.

But thank you for sharing your experiance. Glad you didn't have serious side effects. I have had a flu shot once or twice, and I've only had the flu once or twice. I didn't have a shot last year, and I did get the flu for about 4 days, but honestly, I am glad I got it rather than the shot, because it allowed my immune system to build antibodies naturally, and that can last much longer than a year.. so getting sick is not always a bad thing. it can be, but not always.

The profit motivation and the control this gives the government is not something to take lightly. Also, I don't know if it's fair 2 compare, say smallpox vaccine, which something like a sesonal flu vaccine.
If the government isn't careful it's gonna create a "boy who cried wolf" scenerio and is gonna lose credibility on this issue.
The best way to combat this problem is with good education, and that is something that we as a nation are lacking. BUT plenty of money for war!

lots of points here. Ok, i'm not debating the merits of all vaccinations. obviously some are beneficial; however, when does the desire for profit start to outweigh the moral concerns? I believe that annual vacinnations are not nessecery, not for something that can be prevented with good hygene. Instead of forcing everyone to have a shot, why not make sure everyoe has clean water, ect and the education on how to prevent spread of the virus. seems much better than forcing people to line up

(continued) I will end on my experiences with the flu shot. This would be the seasonal flu shot as the H1N1 is not yet available in my area.
1.) About 5 hours or so after I got the shot I realized it felt like somebody punched me in the arm.
2.) i developed a mild fever, just some chills, but nothing serious. Took some advil and was fine.
3.) Backache (later that night, before bed & lasting until later the next evening when it went away.)
All symptons gone by end of 2nd day.
