Well, me, Mike, Jason and Harold have been planning on making a War movie for a while and we just started digging fox holes and setting up the scenery for where we will be making the movie which BTW is a very good spot and there aren't words to describe how awesome the place we're at looks (BTW, the movie takes place in world war 2 1944 the Battle of the Bulge which is in the Ardennes forest) and we have really good equipment for the movie right now such as costumes, grenades, 10 guns (lol), Medical equipment, fake blood and a bunch of other little things that can make the movie look great!!! ! I've got the camera the editor and some pretty awesome effects! I'm also starting to make some cool scenes for the movie so it should be really cool! And things so far are looking good, so stay tuned for more videos! I'm trying my best!!

  • I see you've already got some great effects going, so now you have to "beat" the weather and get this filmed before the snow melts!!!! Good luck guys, and I can't wait to see the results.

  • @BoxBoy1970 haha! Yes! Actually I was thinkin the same cuz we need snow for the movie and the other day there was no snow and then a bad storm hit us and we got like 2 feet of snow, We have alot now haha! It's looking good I'm taping wednesday and some of the weekend it should be ready in mabye a month? idk but stay tuned!

  • @Nikkiknokker2 Definitely still looking forward to it. I enjoy your vids a lot. They're always creative and entertaining. So no worries. Haven't given up. Glad to see you haven't given up either :-)

  • @nrf91 Haha, hope ya haven't given up on this! but we are finishing the movie this year, finished the script, the setting and got allot of cool props and camera's, we're runnin on around 5 or 6 camera's and lots of special effects! hope you are still interested, our 2nd year of filming! Stay tuned~!

  • @BoxBoy1970 Actually we're filming this year!!! Looks ppretty awesome soo farr! Please stay tuned, you know it'll be good if it takes 2 years to work on this!!!

  • @RidersForLife1 If I've learned anything so far, it's that you should practice how you wish to perform. Make no excuses like "I didn't want to do that to save time" because then you won't have the experience of actually doing it. Now if only I could follow my own advise. lol. However, that sounds like a nice collection of weapons. I've only got 3 pistols and 3 smgs and a gas mask :D

  • @cabinheadstudios about the clear airsoft guns, lol this was just a test and that was the only gun we brought, but we have like 10 airsoft guns including thompson, 2 sniper rifles and a german pistol and none arre clear lol so we're smart enough not to use a clear one, it would be cornyy but thanks for the advice!

  • It also looks like your video is lagging back a bit. Are you shooting in 24 FPS or 30 FPS and are you keeping it that way after rendering?

  • Last thing I can think of (I ran out of comment room... lol) is that your ground hit didn't really blend or have and dirt hitting noise to it, it was just a whiz. The best thing is that you're getting out there and your trying. Just keep going with it, and you'll get better over time. I'm not the best yet, but I'm getting better just as well. :P

  • You're doing great, all you need are some "finishing touches". When the explosion goes off, try including dust flying around with some debris. Top it off with a camera shake. Try to avoid using clear airsoft guns (Just spray paint it for now. :P) I'm not the best at blood hits, but I think the sound from the guns was too weak. Give it a bit more "power", include a whiz or something to give the effect that the bullet is moving. Also, try a deeper color of red with some liquid blood. Hope I helped
