She definitely plays it using a capo on the 3rd fret and using D A Em G. Then at the bridge Cadd9 D Em Em7 G A. But this version sounds good as well :).

You confused me. You had different chord progressions for the chorus. So, you mentioned it 2 times with different chords than the other.....
