Unbreakable Egg Myth Tested

One of my friends read that a egg that is squeezed along the long side will not break. He made a video and challenged people to try it as well, so I did.

haha, my cousin just tried this, holding it over the sink, but when he broke it the egg just shot out the sides, completely missing the sink.

I tried this "unbreakable egg" thing all 4 different ways (top and bottom, both sides, fingers interlocked, and fingertips only) and it broke all 4 times... Maybe that's what happens when you play the bass and you're using your left hand, because i couldn't do it with my right hand only my left because my fingers are stronger.

Hold it between both palms with your fingers interlocked and you still wont be able to break it (along the long access)
