I absolutely adore Jeff Mangum, but I do not feel as if Elvis Perkins is a rip-off of Jeff at all.
Really, not at all.
There are a couple of times when he may sound like that, but don't 50% of the bands you listen to sound a bit like something else sometimes anyway?
I don't see anything more than minor - very, very minor - similarities.

Definitely reminds me of Jeff Mangum but he's certainly nowhere near as amazing. Still, he's good.
