this comment has 7 thumbs up, i was curious about the footsweep something looks wrong but im not sure. anyone help me out with this, the video looks legit, except for the footsweet

  • @OVERCAPITALIZE thanks for the advice

  • @ILuvUrMammy

Dude, i suggest you master muay thai.. you'll be better have with a strong base.

  • id love to learn wrestling but here in ireland there is none so im starting bjj but there isnt many places that do it either...all i have is muay thai

  • @LaurelRidgeR I disagree with you... Both hands hugging the outside of the arm is the climb behind position, where you transition to from this. Search russian tie-up and you will only find tutorials with this grip.

  • @ChickityChoice A traditional two on one has both hands "hugging" around the outside of the arm, the wrist control is simply too easy to break as shown here, where as if both hands are sucking the arm in and pressure is applied to the side with the head and chest, there is minimal chance of escape and tons of control there. I'm sorry, but this is just not how its done.

  • @LaurelRidgeR Both hands are under. It's really not all that bad, although I agree with that he's doing it from relaxed positioning.

  • Horrible two on one positioning there. You need to use your head to drive into his temple and maintain control, also a true two one one is both hands under. Very Poor Technique.

  • @mattw101 It's a two on one, since wrestling terms are easy, 2 hands on one arm is most definatly a two on one. I'm sure that was a Russian too.
