those r the lyrics from their website i do however believe he changed them and says misery inspires instead of injuries inspire, definitaley sounds like mysery to me i think the rest is accurate tho, just my opinion

@silentrob77 So true! Lyrics generally mean nothing to me. Most suck. When I do come across lyrics that resonate with me I'm surprised and consider it a bonus. I know some people for whom if the lyrics don't mean something to their little personal lives or relationships they don't (won't really) like the song. Lame. The music has to move my soul first, THEN I'll check out the lyrics. And then, I'm usually disappointed.

Who cares about the lyrics?

Yes lyrics are important in some aspect, but this is the medium of music, not poetry. I love this song because of the feelings it conveys through the notes and rhythms.

There are thousands of songs out there with no lyrics that still can stir emotion in us. I think maybe in this instance the singer had something personal he wanted to convey, maybe the lyrics don't make sense to everyone, but the feeling of the song does.
