Max Effort Lower Body Workout for 01/17/2012. Started off with 21" Rack pulls. Lifts were 515x1,565x1,605x1,655x1,705x1,735x1 and 755(M). Then safety squat bar goodmornings. Lifts were 215x8,245x8,275x8,305x8 and 335x7. Finally, cable rows. Lifts were 225x12,255x12,285x12 and 315x12 (PR+5 reps). SSB from Westside Barbell.
