He is not Bobby . The cool guy is Cecil, Bobby's brother. And the even cooler lady singing is his wife, Linda Cooke ( yep, Sam Cooke's daughter! ). The two performed and recorded as Womack & Womack. Love the song, it's sentimental but uplifting as well.
