When you say you're wearing your contacts less, does that mean wearing your glasses or not wearing either glasses or contacts?

Myopia (nearsightedness) is primarily caused by the shape of your eye. While diet and holistic therapies can remedy some illnesses, this is not one of them. Discuss laser or refractive surgery with your doctor. Best of luck to you.

@glasses5053, yes & no. I can see enough I guess to "get by" if I had to, but would not be able to drive. I wouldn't even be able to watch tv or read. I can see by knowing my surroundings or guessing by seeing the outline & colors of objects.

@halomania100 I seldom wear my contacts. If I don't wear my contacts, I must wear my glasses at this stage.

@liam10270, I'm not comfortable with the idea of having surgery done to my eyes. I would rather take a more natural approach to keeping my eyes healthy and reversing my perscription. It is possible, and may take a very long time, and I'm willing to try it.

@ginger016b check out the link that I have above. I just ordered the herbs for this herbal eye wash to try.
I haven't seen a difference in my eye sight yet, the optomotrist DID say that my eyes are extrememly healthy so that is encouraging!!
