How to get a lv.3 Electrode - Pokemon FireRed/LeafGreen

This is a video showing how to get a lv.3 electrode only on firered and leafgreen. It's pretty simple actually, and you can use the lv.3 if you want to have speciial battles with friends or if you just want to show off a lv.3 electrode to people.
