Yours truly getting a Mimosa pudica plant to 'sleep' in Mazagau village, Gerkhu, Nuwakot district, near Trishuli, in Nepal. These little blighters have some pretty nasty thorns on the stem, but the pain potential is well worth their reaction. It takes between 15-20 seconds for a plant to return to its original position after reacting to touch.
