  • Thank you for your comments. I understand your pain and my heart goes out to you.

I believe that these things in life happen as an opportunity to show who we are. I also believe that love is always the best medium to do this. But in any loving relationship we have the right to be included in the love.

Not every Judge or policeman are bad so to speak. There is only a chance to step into love, not every one lives up to that call, the way is clear.

We only have to listen and remind others to.

  • @AChildsFriend

Thank you AChilds Friend. Great point!

But the more they "DO NOT " do there job the more money they make threw fed grant money.

In 2009 Federal Grants in aid to the states and local Government total was 440.4 billion dollars. The numbers come from US office of management and budget.

We should stop calling it aid, and start calling it bonuses for the offices of mismanagment.

I could keep going on this. But I'll stop there, And thank you very much for your comments.

  • @noscrubsone Take a look at the unemployment rate in this country. How many of those people would do a better job in public office? Then you have people like these employed that are abusing these positions. This country is doing a terrible job deciding who should be making life altering decisions in these custody cases. "

The Reverend authored legislation four years ago that was aimed at the residents of Illinois, until she saw that this was a national epidemic.

  • @noscrubsone These people have lost custody because they tried to protect their children from abusers. There is in fact a paradigm between the law stating that domestic violence must be considered in custody cases and what actually transpires in these cases and its shameful. It''s disgraceful. If these people cannot be trusted to make intelligent decisions, then they shouldn''t be making rulings in court cases at all.

  • @noscrubsone The outspoken Reverend goes on to say " We live in a very judgemental society. For example, when a man loses custody everyone assumes he is being the good, hard working father, paying child support etc, but when you hear that a woman loses custody litigation, people automatically think, ''what''s wrong with her?'' She must be on drugs, suffering from mental illness or is leading an immoral lifestyle. None of that is true.

  • @noscrubsone The outcome of this court litigation proves that if it can happen to me, it can happen to anyone. ...going into the litigation, I thought I had truth and justice on my side. This experience has caused me to lose faith in our judicial system...One of the reasons I ran for mayor was that I saw many laws that need to be changed."

  • @noscrubsone Rev. Darkness, who is Native American says that courts are severely flawed and often violate due process and federal laws, including the Indian Child Welfare Act. "I may never see my son again," said Rev. Darkness. "But I can do whatever it takes to ensure this doesn''t happen to anybody else. I don''t wish this on anyone.

  • @noscrubsone eliminating Guardians Ad Litem from custody disputes. Her proposed legislation is authored to eliminate due process violations and fix what can undeniably be considered a broken judicial system. This broken judicial system often fails to protect domestic violence victims and their children. Rev. Darkness is no stranger to the political arena as she ran for mayor of Miami-Dade last year.

  • @noscrubsone This info is of national importance as it was just announced that the Reverend''s son is now missing. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE PRLog (Press Release) – Miami-October 22, 2010 Famed investigative reporter and celebrity Rev. Sinthyia Darkness authored proposed legislation aimed at eliminating Guardians Ad Litem from custody disputes Her proposed legislation is authored to eliminate due process violations and fix what can undeniably be considered a broken judicial system.

  • @noscrubsone Reverend Sinthyia Darkness has authored legislation aimed at stopping abuse of power in these court cases. The Reverend''s legislation and motivation for writing it, has been detailed in a 33-page article authored by attorney Emily Gleiss, published in the Minnesota Law Review in July 2010.

Rev. Sinthyia Darkness was a mayoral candidate in the 2009 Miami-Dade election.
