This is true core training. More important than any type of weighted crunch.

This exercises was taken from Gray Cook and mimics our very basics we see as infants develop their movement patterns.

The importance with this exercise is to act as your body is a sand bag and only your moving limb and spine do the work. It does help to sniff in air into your abdomen and brace before performing the exercise.
