Weight Loss Update, Week 6

Week 6: Follow me, week to week as I loose weigh. With the help of Weight Watchers, I will reach my goal! Will I be successful? My one year goal is to loose 50 pounds. Over all, I want to loose 100#s...but this takes time. But I HAVE to keep my goal atainable so that I don't get discouraged. I Will post ever week whether good or bad (or ever two if I get too busy) I WILL DO IT THIS TIME! I will, I will, I will (positive self talk helps too!)

I got these earings at a hair supply store here in Long Beach...(they were only 99C...shhhhhhhh, don't tell no one!)

Wow!!! Looking back at myself...I REALLY look SICK!!! by the way...it's not 3 pounds...it's 3.6! can't forget that .6!!! LOL...yeah, but thanks for the pat on the back!!!
