    So he is a real monk from the Shaolin Temple in China? Do you know which generation he is? And do you know his buddhist name? Thanks!! He looks great and powerful!!

  • @MartialArtsCN yeh hes a real monk, this footage was taken at the shaolin temple training area during my training visit in 2008, unfortunately i dont know the generation and buddhist name, but i know this guy was only 19 yrs old at the time

  • Wow, shifu said this form is to train your body's speed, dexterity, and explosiveness. But I never thought this form was this fast...damn do I need more practice.
