@jsuttonus It's called filtering and is legal. I've followed a police bike doing it. Saying that, this guy crosses a solid white line just after filtering, so he doesn't really have a right preaching.

LOL, that is nothing mate, in brixton london, driving my car, I over took a woman driving at 15-20mph, eating a burger and talking on her mobile phone, I just wish I had a camera for that.
