The AAP Lied About Vaccines, Again!

Dr. Rene Jenkins is the President of the American Academy of Pediatrics. In addition to telling ABC that mercury has been removed from all childhood vaccines, she says the same lie in a radio interview.

Mercury is still in the Hep-B, the DTaP, and three flu shots commonly used in pediatric practice.

Yeah except kids were given multiple shots. You know small concentration in one shot but then you give the kids 24 shots.

This is complete nonsense.

A. The preservative in question is thimerosol, which is metabolized to ethyl mercury, not methyl mercury, the known poison

B. It was present in such small concentrations as to never cause problems

C. About the only vaccines with thimerosol now are some Flu shots.  And you can get preservative free.

D. Even after thimerosol was taken out of DTaP, HIB, Polio, HepB, etc. autism has continued to climb....Hmmm.
