This stunning short film, submitted to the 2004 Kwajalein Film Festival, marks the culmination of four years and 30+ hours of nature videography and storm chasing. As Dionne Warwick would say, "It is the crème de la crème" of dramatic sunrises, sunsets, tornadoes, lightning, supercells, and time-lapse atmospheric undulations.

can you please tell me did the car blow up or did it get picked up by the tornado

A large drop of rain hit the lens of the camera around 6:44 and while it caused the image of the car to become distorted, I can assure you that the car did not blow up and never left the ground.

Also, while it's not immediately obvious, the tornado footage around 6:44 was sped-up, so the winds and the cars weren't actually moving as fast as they seem. Sorry to disappoint!
