@twigzarewin all the particles i saw there are like hl2 particles, so if this is the case then basicly valve made it.
But if im wrong tell me please but dont be a prick about it please im just stateing what i see.

@TehInbredNinja Not exactly. They made the textures, and I organize them so they create different effects. I can make my own sprites for use, but the installation is rather complicated and thus, I prefer using the default ones.
