@UniversalxGuy lay down on the ground below the seating, grab the backrest on its outsides and pull your weight up to the seating. Not sure if it works with every chair though



I'm pretty sure with that chair exercise, I'd break my neck. I'd be half on the chair and half on the floor dead. Then when they find me, they'll have no idea what I was trying to do. Hopefully my underwear will be clean.
