how long was the water leaking?

@crownvvc4 My inlaws bought a Redman double wide about 20 years ago. It also has particle board floors, and any water leak is absorbed by the "floor" and then becomes a sponge. We replaced the entire laundry room floor with 3/4" marine plywood and new flooring tiles, the materials ran about $300 and labor would have been a couple thousand,

Do all mobile homes use particle board flooring,I have been checking in to buying one,and all of them or most of them say they use 4' x 8' T&G OSB,wood what do i need to look for in good quality flooring material?

@skinnyhenry No not all of them do. I have a double wide now ( oh yeah big shot redneck now lol ) but it has 3/4" T&G plywood. The particle board is just junk as you can see from the video. I had another single wide before hurricane Katrina that someone had put 3/4" plywood through out the entire trailer over the old particle board. It was a old trailer 1978 but it was built well for a trailer. The exterior was aluminum siding but with 1/4" plywood behind that....most of them are just aluminum.

im having this problem,, my floors are sagging in about a 3 foot section rt under my stove, a small 1 foot section in my hallway, and a section in my bathroom as well, i have a 1983 clayton mobile home, i dont trust myself to do the job as i have never tackeld anything even close to it as far as carpentry is concerned, do you know about how much it would cost me to get this fixed?

can you tell me what tools i need to use to beat up a bad floor i have in my mobile home my floor sorta looks like the one in the video but there was a portion cut out so do i need anything else besides a hammer?

I used a circular saw to cut straight lines out to replace the bad part. The floor was stapled to the joists so I used a pair of side cutting pliers to cut the old staples and then just hammered the rest down. You might need a pry bar
