You know what would be cool? Take WMATA's automatic speed control and implement it in the MTA. This would allow for smoother travel and more precise stopping.
On the flip side, the system is prone to random failures (as we saw in that train crash on WMATA), and it will replace dedicated MTA drivers, boosting unemployment in the state of New York.
@SketchupDesigns12 Thanks, I ask that because in the simulator was this railroad train, and I think that this station had a huge yard where trains were staying, where I live, in Argentina there are also many, except those used in the lines rail current, most are abandoned.
@Laucha0109 Actually There Is A Huge Yard Behind The Station. That Yard Is Used For the EMU Trains That Are The Locals Between Croton Harmon And GCT. While The Deisel/Electric Locomotives Are Stored At The Poughkeepsie Yard.
for the trains that stop on the platform do the dors open on both sides of the train open
