  • how does it compare to your trex

and are they good or cheap and nasty

  • The King2 is a great heli once you have upgraded to a brushless motor and get it trimmed up properly. Only real issue is that its light and gets thrown around a bit in the wind compared to the TRex

  • cool ive just orded 2 from ebay so maybe if i get stuck i can ask you for assistance(if that is ok!)

  • sure

  • what tx do u use?

  • with this helicopter its highly advisable to upgrade as much as you can...or at least a brushless motor

  • Rhw problem is that it looked so fragile that I wanted to make it stronger, so I ended up putting on superskids and a few other bits like dual tail motors, metal tail boom, cnc head, which all made it so heavy that I put on a brushless motor. I've never been able to fly the thing right, it just seems so jittery and unresponsive sometimes... I've spent over £300 on it so far, I should have cut my losses and bought a Walkera dragonfly 60 - they're super cheap at the mo from RCfever

  • yea fp is even harder to fly i hear

  • I like this track.

I feel like I really should have gone for the King2 and not the Bee + £150 in mods :P

  • nice... i'm gonna go fly mine now....

  • I just bought one and I am very new to this scale/size of helicopter (previous ones were small 3CH ones).

is it normal for the main rotor to vibrate a bit at low rpm? when I increase the rpm the vibration goes away, but when I reduce the rpm the main rotor starts vibrating a little. is this normal? or something is loose? I worried that when I take off the training kit, the rotor will vibrate and I will crash into something.

I appreciate any help or advise :)

    thanks,

    oscar

  • im guessing you got some interference because at aprox. 0:50 one almost crashed, did you get any interference anyway?

  • what gyro do you use? nice vid!!

oh, btw how do you adjust the pitch on this heli?

  • I crashed my King II at night on Christmas Eve. Hit the driveway pretty hard, but it's back up and flying just fine.
