@cktalons Actually full abdominal involvement is achieved by doing it the way demonstrated. So many people make the mistake of believing that the abdominal are broken into different part, when in actuality is is one uniform wall. If you go up any higher you begin to involve your hip flexors....if this is the goal, then yes, by all means go higher. But if your goal is to work the abdominal wall, doing it as shown is by far sufficient.
