LOve healthy... you are the first one to actually MENTION that it needs to be cooked w/o OIL. OIL makes vegetable unhealthy... :S

I cut them first so you don't have to turn them to blacken. I also wouldn't cover something hot with plastic wrap. Aren't we supposed to avoid that?

Other than a grill or the oven, you can put them on a skillet, put it on high on the stove top and you'll basically get the same result.
