    Barry Melrose.....a -119 in his short NHL career and a -36 in his even shorter WHA career......a .447 win% in his very short lived coaching career resulting in a 3rd, 4th and two 5th place finishes.

    Not sure which is worse. Barry Melrose the player? Barry Melrose the fighter? Barry Melrose the coach or Barry Melrose the analyst? They're all quite bad.

    I think it is commical when Barry Melrose, doing commentary for college hockey, tells us what Boston college coach Jerry York does wrong. Coach York just won his 4th title at BC and 5th overall in his stellar coaching career. Let's see Melrose was fired from 2 teams got the kings to finals once blown away by Habs. Jerry York should take Melrose on a fantasy tour so Barry can know what it is like to win.

    Growing up a NYR fan it was rough watching the Flyers play the Rangers ... But I fell in love with the team as soon as Berube busted Collins face up ... while trying to beat up a Ranger non-the-less
