How do you freeze time with this character? I can do the daggers and the steam roller, but not the time freeze.

I can't remember if Warusaki3 changed the input for it, but on the Dreamcast and arcade versions the command for Tokio Tomare (Time Stop) is: towards, Hard Attack, Light Attack, Towards, Stand. You have to have a level 3 super gauge or higher.

It's from the ending of the manga. He knocks Jotaro onto a bridge and freezes time and grabs a nearby steam roller to crush him with. In the anime it's a fuel tanker. Dio is a vampire and has unbelievable strength.

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Volume 3. If you want to start reading it start from Volume 1. Dio starts out in that as a normal human and it's in Victorian London. He does some of the more evil shit he's done as a mere human before being turned into a vampire by the Aztec Mask. Without giving you spoilers by Volume 3 Dio's a vampire and has acquired his Stand (a ghostly type of avatar) and it's the 1980s.
