  • How many times would you go back and forth per body part. Is it like 4 or 5 as you were doing in your video?

  • @tr342s ill try that thanks

  • technically you only need to roll 2-3 times, and you should stop and hold position where your muscle signals pain until it relax's, this is what really helps the myofacial tissue. Do your quads to really understand the concept.

  • @strengthcamp how tall are you bro?

  • I have so many herniated discs that I can't imagine doing the thoracic

exercise with the little neck lifts at the end. I really wanted to use one of

these but you would have to have no bodily injuries to use this rollwer.

    Hurts...

  • @strengthcamp

What the difference between doing this to your hamstring versus just stretching it?

  • that's a nice "grimace" i know the feeling

  • Looks like a human steamroller, well at least you're as big as one... in a good way

  • I found basketball more effective than foam roller. Though it hurts like hell at the beginning
