And the chihuahua totally gets killed.

Just kidding.

The dogs at this house and a bit of their training.

Rude/offensive/incoherent comments or comments with foul language will be removed.

Anyone who is here to say that "pit bulls should be banned" or anything along those lines, don't bother posting unless you have cited facts.

These statistics are on dogsbite.org - a website that is completely against pit bulls, and does not allow anyone to question anything. If you're not there to make negative comments, you WILL get banned and your comments will be removed.

"2008 statistics
• 23 U.S. fatal dog attacks occurred in 2008. Pit bull type dogs were responsible for 65% (15). Pit bulls make up approximately 2-9% of the U.S. dog population.2
• In 2008, only one U.S. citizen over the age of 3 was killed by a breed other than a pit bull. 74-year old Lorraine May was fatally mauled by her two dogs: an Australian shepherd-mix and a golden retriever-mix.
• 70% of the attacks occurred to children (11 years and under) and 30% occurred to adults (21 years and older). Of the children, half ( occurred to ages 1 and younger.
• 39% of fatal attacks in 2008 involved multiple dogs; 9% involved chained dogs.
• 78% of the attacks occurred on owner property and 22% off owner property. All off property attacks (5) that resulted in death were attributed to pit bulls.
• 61% of the victims were male; 39% of the victims were female. Of the male victims, over half ( were 3 years and younger.
• In at least three fatal attacks, a grandmother was watching a child aged 2 and younger. Two of these attacks occurred in Las Vegas; both involved pet pit bulls."

Pit bull type dogs... How do you know it was a pit bull? The general public can't tell a pit bull from an akita, rottweiler, or boxer.

Of the children, half were age 1 and younger. Why was there a dog around a kid that young? That's not cool, at all. That is stupidity on the parents' part.

39% involved multiple dogs. Does the word "Dog fighter" mean anything to you?

Of the male victims, over half were three years and younger. Again, where were the parents? Where was the owner? Why was the dog around a child that young?

  • HAHAHA! Look at the Chihuahua go. Seriously, what a gorgeous family. Unfortunately it is illegal to import pit bulls to Iceland, so I've never met one. The problem in Iceland (as in most of Europe) is that so-called "muscle-dogs" are most often not adopted by families, but by gang members, who think f.ex. a pit bull bred illegally in an old Soviet puppy mill is a great way to compensate for small egos. It makes me angry.
