  • Bear Powered, thank you for your comment. I realize that the "pawback" does not actually occur, so in that sense, I made an error in what I CALLED the exercise. I still feel it has value in training the eccentric strength of the hamstring to control the forward swinging leg. That is the primary reason I use this exercise and put it into Runner-CORE. Thanks for the work you are doing on runner's behalf, to help us all better understand what actually happens when we run. - Coach Al

  • Cool but you "must" use the tube?

When you tell me I "must" buy your product I have seen very few people use it doesn't entice me.

    Try outlining benefits.

  • If paw back was a part of sprinting, this would be helpful...however, since paw back does not occur, it's useless.

Spend some time on research studies.

  • @cleote8

How so? No impact whatsoever. Zero to graduated resistance will cause no connective/tendon ware or damage.

  • @HARLAB12 you don't do it the day of the race. it's part of training.

  • won't this tire you more ?

  • Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice!
