Alo, world war 3 starts, then population raised to 9 billion, in a WWIII event it will eventually come to defcom 1 and i guaranty that 60-70% of the worlds population would die out either to failing electrical systems and lack of preperation orf nuclear radiation/initial blasts, you'd be lucky to get to 1 billion by that time.

I hope that people understand that quantum computing is virtually useless, it has an unimaginable computing power but has next to no practicality, biological/nanocomputing would be far more useful and easy to do.
