This 6x35mm round is interesting. Seems like the logical next step in gun evolution...a cartridge designed specifically for the application. Would like to see more guns adopt this caliber in the future.

@Geekstinkbreath123 It will pack more of a punch than an MP5 thats for sure but it would be loud as hell if you cut the barrel any further
-
@SonOfAWhisker Cut off most of the barrel and you get a MP-5. and I am not old enough to drink so I don't. That is what I mean with my first comment. I personally agree with you about the G36C though.
-
@Geekstinkbreath123 Doesnt matter what age you are you can still get drunk, this weapon may be small like an MP5 but its more closley related to the AR-15/M16 family, G36C is out of the question
-
@starwarsguy123ful Ok 2 thing:
1. I'm 15. I can't get drunk
2.An M4 is a small M16. Trust me It look's like a MP5. Of course It could be argue that it looks like the G36C also. But I do know what I'm talking about.
-
@Geekstinkbreath123 you drunk? its more like a m4
-
Looks a lot like a MP-5

@SuperRip7 Maybe so but it's exactly because of this round that it will never be in widespread use...logistics and economics of large militaries dictate the need to standardize, and an obscure new round will never be adopted beyond special forces stuff over something that fires NATO ammo.
-
@migkillertwo compare the 2 rounds; bigger cartridge equals better stopping power and range. which would you want when defeating body armor?

The KAC PDW does one thing well exceptional and nothing else. Its stays from anemic small cartridges and uses a special 6x35 mm intermediate rifle round. It has more range and velocity than a 45 ACP and more stopping power and a complete "powder burnage" than any 5.56mm weapons platform because every American warrior uses M-4 carbine. With an effective range of 300 meters it has felt recoil of the M-16 or MP-5 on full automatic.
For secret service, SWAT, and diplomatic security, these "PDWs" Might be good (though it's questionable whether they'd be better than an MP5). For any conventional NATO force or special operations, their use of proprietary rounds and magazines is an absolute deal-breaker.
