He works late at night, not so far from The Heart of Darkness in downtown Phnom Penh. A fortune, or future telling, as he prefers to explain to his mostly khmer customers, will cost you 1 US Dollar. "what do the local customers want to know' i asked... 'Well, mostly they want to know about their future, they're usually bar girls, beer ladies, working these bars...they want to know will they move OS, will they marry a foreigner...'
