thanks for the info, my only note is that you can tell the lady in the video tied her shoes wrong because the the knot was going up and down at the end instead horizontal the way a correctly tied lace is supposed to look

@tomas359 I tie my shoes this way because I have a very narrow heel and it prevents it from slipping in and out of my shoe
