Strange Lady

Something Hangook was an internet radio station I listened to in the early 2000s. They never kept a playlist and never showed the titles of the songs they played in my player (Winamp at the time). And these three songs showed up in the rotation, drove me nuts with their 90s Casio keyboard sound, and they all sounded alike! Help me. Who is this singer? What are these songs? When I was in a Korean eatery, I heard one of them covered in the ambient music mix (by someone with slightly better instruments). I love these and would like to identify them. Can anyone help me?
