I'm not as cute as K&K during my booty calls - I blame the pasty white skin and cold dry weather!

  • hi, new to ur channel, i run intervals on the treadmill, i've been doing this for about 7months, i would like to start running out doors, how can i adjust to the transistion of breathing in the outdoor air? any tips? thanks

  • @tadarsha Welcome! I love running out side. I find it easier on my lungs than indoors. If you live in a location with extreme temps, high or low, you will need to adjust to it. I do walk/run intervals. I run for 3 or 5 minutes and walk for 1 or 2 depending on your fitness level. If it's cold, proper gear is essential. If it's hot, staying hydrated is. Try starting out with 20 minutes and work your way up.

  • Sarah I love this!! You're the East Coast K&K! Thank you for allowing me to find TIU too!

This video has really made me want to visit Boston - just to run there! (and to spot Tom but shhh!)

    Have a great week!

  • @georgieToningUp Oh good! I love Boston, but have not spotted Tom yet, Gisele once and it made my year.

  • I just got a slow cooker for Christmas and your salsa chicken was the first thing I made. So amazing and I'm making it again on Super bowl Sunday. Plus you get a high five for being a Pats fan!

  • @hxcstar17 So glad you liked it! It's so easy and so so good. Try making it with different salsa. The saltier ones do taste better I'll admit. I once tried it with a no salt added one and it really needed the extra oomph!

  • @SarahsFabChannel thanks for responding, this is the program that ive been using the last few months to learn to run COUCH POTATOE TO 5K I'm up to 1mile, it takes me 20min.I love the intervals. I live in a area where the weather varies but it never gets extremly cold here in the NE Louisiana.. I look forward to trying to adjust to breathing outdoors.

  • I would prefer jogging in Central Park lol

  • Great ride, I used to do it when in short trainings at MIT: "salt & pepper" bridge, the Boston Public Park, back via harvard Bridge, gggggggggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeaaaaaaattttt

  • I'm so inspired by your videos and committment to fitness. :) I just posted a video of my version of the Booty Call workout with a mountain climb. Morning workouts are awesome!!!

  • @SarahsFabChannel 21 year old female :) well I think around 20lbs or more, I'm still not so sure since I've already lost 50lbs & I don't want to exaggerate on it you know? I'm trying to get healthy not to only get thin

Awesome, so a protein powder pancake is fine then too? I really liked the recipe for it

  • Beantown huh. Hope you're not a sox or pats fan lol.
