Every one of these Tyrants of the Potomac that voted in favor of this bill should be brought up on charges of TREASON. "treason" is defined as "giving aid and comfort to the enemy" By disarming the law-abiding civilian population, that is exactly that gun laws do, aid and abet the enemy, whether that enemy is an Al-queda operative, or a thug on the street. The civilian populations should be as well-armed as any military force, that's what the founding fathers wanted when they wrote the 2A!

It astounds me that some Americans just don't grasp this basic fact.

...."the common man should bear every terrible instrument of the soldier" being one of the quotes of the founding fathers.

In modern day terms, that would include LAW rocket launchers, GPMG's, grenades, Claymores, and any other man-portable weapon. Not just full auto weapons.

@ExoticSpotting Exactly! I'm thinking even if we get an "official response" it might not actually lead to anything. The idea is, though, that at this point it's good to get people even just talking and thinking about it.

we need to get this bill repealed ASAP while we still have a replublican majority in the congress and senate. And this time we will actually take time to educate people on the amendment befor they vote on it.
