  • Nice roll off the top. Im glad I know that im not the only one that gurns during aeros now - LOL

  • Thanks for the kind words. The roll off the top was not bad, but you can't really see that I was 15% off line at the end:-) I find the ROTT one of the hardest manouvers in the Slingsby - big heavy wings, glacial roll rate and a fair amount of reverse adverse yaw with negative AOA all make it difficult to get right. I'll keep trying.

The effect of g on my multiple chins is not very attractive is it. Check out the clip just posted by ktif1972 for some advanced gurning.

  • No problem. I was just looking at your practice for "sportsman" - there are some nice manouvers in that sequence.

  • cool! what kind of camera setup are you using? im thinking of geting a VholdR bullet cam....

  • It's just a cheap Aiptek digital camcorder with a 2 gig SD card, hooked up to a Sporty Cam bullet camera. The bullet camera is held on to the glareshield with velcro and, as you can see, it vibrates!
